Exports
Commercial export supply of premium cashew kernels and industrial cashew derivatives managed by MCR Global.
MCR Global supplies international buyers with cashew kernels and CNSL, with quality verification, export documentation, and shipment handoff backed by direct factory-floor heritage in India's cashew processing hubs.
Our Cashew Heritage
From processing-floor experience to cashew export supply
Founded in 2013, MCR Global began its cashew journey in the heart of India's premier cashew processing hubs: the Mangalore and Udupi regions. Operating on an outsourced basis, we managed a processing capacity of 40 MT per day, specializing in raw cashew nuts sourced from Benin, Tanzania, and Cote d'Ivoire (IVC).
Managing high-volume processing lines gave us firsthand understanding of cashew quality, factory mechanics, kernel recovery, moisture control, grading discipline, and packing risk.
As the global market evolved, so did we. We diversified into specialized sourcing services while retaining and scaling our cashew kernel export trading activity.
Today in 2026, MCR Global uses that processing heritage to commercially source and export premium cashew kernels from India, Vietnam, and Cote d'Ivoire. We do not only trade on paper; our processing-floor exposure helps us understand what a well-graded, export-ready kernel should look like before it reaches the buyer.
Founded in 2013
Cashew processing roots
Started in outsourced cashew kernel processing in the Mangalore and Udupi regions.
40 MT/day
Processing capacity handled
Managed high-volume outsourced processing lines with practical exposure to factory mechanics and recovery outcomes.
Benin, Tanzania, IVC
RCN origins processed
Handled raw cashew nuts from major African origins and learned how origin affects quality and kernel recovery.
2026
Current export sourcing
Commercial cashew kernel sourcing and exports from India, Vietnam, and Cote d'Ivoire.
Buyer Compliance Note
Cashew kernels can involve food safety rules, aflatoxin or microbiological limits, allergen labeling, phytosanitary requirements, fumigation or pest-control expectations, importer registration, and destination-market standards. CNSL and derivatives can involve chemical handling, classification, SDS, packaging, storage, and transport requirements. MCR Global coordinates sourcing, documents, and shipment handoff, while buyers and importers remain responsible for destination-market approvals and import compliance.
Core Export Products
Cashew kernels and industrial cashew derivatives
MCR Global reviews each export inquiry for product grade, source country, packing format, quality requirements, document needs, destination rules, and shipment feasibility before quoting.

Whole grades
W180, W210, W240, W320, W450, and buyer-specific grade availability after review.
Broken grades
Splits, butts, pieces, baby bits, and food-service or ingredient-grade formats.
Packing options
Vacuum tins, flexi packs, cartons, palletized cargo, and buyer-specified export packing where feasible.
Quality checks
Moisture, count, color, breakage, foreign matter, infestation signs, packing integrity, and grade tolerance.
Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL)
Raw CNSL and cashew shell liquid derivatives for industrial users, chemical processors, resin manufacturers, friction material producers, and specialist formulation buyers.
Industrial use
Resins, coatings, friction materials, foundry binders, chemical intermediates, and industrial formulations.
Technical inputs
Buyer parameters, grade, viscosity, moisture, impurity expectations, SDS, TDS, and certificate requirements.
Bulk packing
Secure drums, IBCs, flexitank or other approved industrial packing after product and route review.
Shipment control
Labeling, sealing, handling instructions, document readiness, and freight handoff aligned with the agreed route.
Export Process
A controlled path from buyer specification to shipment handoff
The export division works best when the buyer provides grade, quality, document, packing, and destination expectations early. MCR Global then reviews feasibility and moves the order through quotation, verification, documentation, and dispatch.
01
Buyer specification
Share cashew kernel grades or CNSL technical parameters, quantity, destination, packing format, document needs, target price, and shipment timeline.
02
Commercial quote
Receive an export offer covering product scope, source country where applicable, pricing basis, packing, Incoterm, payment terms, and document scope.
03
Quality and packing check
Verify grade, moisture, packing integrity, labels, carton or drum marks, batch or lot references, quantity, and shipment readiness before dispatch.
04
Documentation and dispatch
Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate inputs, phytosanitary documents where applicable, and hand off cargo to the agreed freight partner.
Buyer Fit
When the exports division is the right route
